The next session up on the blog is a two-fer!  I met this sweet set of twins years ago, when their mom booked a family session.  I think they were in 5th grade at the time.  I was so honored that they wanted to come back to me this many years later for their senior photos!  Now getting to this day was challenging.  We had a couple of different reschedules due to our lovely hurricane season.  But then the waiting paid off.  We had an absolutely beautiful morning to shoot at the beach.  Yes, it is a pain to wake up so early to get ready and all the way out to the beach before sunrise, but then you get a gorgeous morning, and it all is worth it!  As a nice bonus, the waves were really kicking.  So Sloan got the crashing waves photos she wanted.

Now, as a notice to other seniors (class of 2018), if you are wanting senior photos done that are more YOU, and you aren’t on my calendar yet, NOW is the time!  Most seniors have their senior photos done before the end of the calendar year.  The reason is, the last half of the school year is crazy busy and it just flies by.  Before you know it, you are planning prom and grad parties, and you still haven’t had your portraits done yet!  I actually start NEXT year’s class in a couple of months.  Now don’t worry, I can still get you in, but I do need to get you on the schedule soon!  Email me, text me, call me, whatever.  Let’s start talking about YOUR senior photos!

Now, back to the twins!  Here are a few sneak peeks from our shoot:

Next family session up on the blog, is a super fun family.  I just photographed the oldest for her senior photos.  I love when I have the opportunity to photograph seniors’ entire family!  This family decided they wanted beach photos.  No problem!  Sunrise is early, but so worth it!  We had a beautiful morning to shoot this beautiful family.

Next senior up on the blog is Tori!  We had a little trouble with the timing of her shoot, because she wanted to go to the beach at the same time Hurricane Matthew decided to visit!  Not the best time for a beach shoot ;).  So, we rescheduled, and had a perfect day to shoot.  Beautiful sunrise, beautiful weather, and a beautiful senior to photograph!

Next senior up on the blog is the beautiful Emily from Hagerty High School!  We had a great time at her deluxe session (a deluxe session = 2 locations).  We first met at Rollins for the first half, and bright and early the next morning, we met out at the beach.  Both are great locations, and we had so much fun at both!

I had such a great time meeting Alisa and her mom for her deluxe senior shoot.  She is such a sweet girl, and was a pleasure to photograph.  Deluxe sessions are two locations.  And what Alisa chose for her locations were as different as day and night (literally!).  We did our first half at downtown Orlando for a night shoot, and then a few hours later, we were out at the beach for sunrise!  This was a great idea, because she will have such a diverse look in her photos.

Next senior(s) up on the blog, you may recognize!  They are a couple of my fabulous reps!  They earned this sunrise beach shoot, and we all had so much fun!  Despite having literally NO sunrise that morning (so rarely happens!), and the big winds on the beach, they are both super gorgeous and model like.  I have so much fun with my reps!

Next senior(s) up on the blog, you may recognize!  They are a few of my fabulous reps!  They earned this sunrise beach shoot, and we all had so much fun!  Despite me screwing up the date (oops), and the extreme winds on the beach, they are all super gorgeous and model like.  Lots and lots of laughs at this sunrise shoot!

Next senior up on the blog is Tristan!  We had a beautiful morning to shoot at the beach.  Beach shoots are SO early, I know.  But the photos are worth it in the end, right?!  Really none of my seniors are thrilled about the idea of waking up that early on a day off of school. 😉  But Tristan was a good sport about it!

It has been a LONG time since my last maternity session.  But I was SO excited to do this one!  This one was for a very special woman and her new little family. She was not only a past senior of mine, but a past senior rep of mine!  So I got an entire year to get to know her.  Naturally when she told me she wanted a maternity shoot, I was over the moon excited! I love being able to continue with my seniors on the next stages of their lives.  (And my reps can NEVER get rid of me 😉 ).  It was great catching up with her and meeting her boyfriend.  They make a super sweet couple!

She wanted her maternity shoot to be at the beach.  We did not have a great sunrise, and it was very cloudy, but that works well for sessions too!  When it is really cloudy, we can spend more time ON the beach without squinting in the bright sun.  So I LOVE cloudy beach days to shoot!  We got lots of beautiful photos.  And I have to say, with parents this good looking, that is going to be one pretty baby!  Can’t wait to meet him in a couple of months!

Next senior up on the blog, is the beautiful Hailey!  We braved the early morning to head out to the beach for her senior photos.  You never can predict what kind of sunrise you are going to get.  Some are amazing and some are just ok.  Hailey had an amazing sunrise, and the rain held off until we were leaving.  I felt very lucky!  We had a great time on her shoot.  She was up for anything, including getting all the way in the cold beach water at the end (even knowing that she forgot a towel!).  She was a great sport, and I have lots of beautiful photos to show from her session.  But first, just a few sneak peeks!
