These beautiful girls have been dominating my blog recently! They have had several shoots during their senior year, but this one *may* have been their favorite. SOFTBALL!! They both play ball for Oviedo, and will continue in college, so of course, we are going to want to do some sports photos for them!
Here are a couple of sneak peeks for each of them:
Oh, I had so much fun with this family! I have been photographing both of their girls all year (so they may look familiar, and keep an eye out in another day or two for more of their sneak peeks coming out!). So, it was so nice to photograph the whole family at their home. We don’t always have to go to a park or a popular location. If you want photos at home, or another place that is special to you and your family, then let’s have our session there! Their beautiful home provided plenty of nice backdrops for us to use. Grandma and Grandpa joined in on the shoot too, which I love! They are all such a wonderful family, and I love that they trust me to capture all of these special times for them.
Here are a few sneak peeks from our shoot:
Next senior up on the blog, is beautiful Sarah! We had such a fun time on our deluxe (two location) shoot. She bought her big sister along with her to act as her assistant (who is also a former senior of mine 😉 ). The three of us started her session at Dickson Azalea, and then finished it up doing something totally different. “Glam golf”. She is a very talented golfer, and we will be doing another sports session for her later in the school year. But those will be all action shots. This was to get some pretty and fun golf photos for her! At the golf course, they were so sweet to us. After seeing Sarah in a full length gown, they offered us some golf carts to make things a little easier. Definitely made it easier than walking a couple of holes in heels!
Now that the school year has officially started everywhere, if you haven’t booked YOUR senior photo session yet, what are you waiting for?! Have an idea of what you want for your session? Let me know, and I’m happy to make that happen for you. Your senior photos should be all about YOU and what you want!
Now back to Sarah! Here are some sneak peeks from our session:
Next senior up on the blog, is the gorgeous Gianna! I was lucky enough to spend two days with her. Normally the deluxe (2 location) sessions are done in the same day, one right after the other. However, I don’t do that when one of the locations is the beach. Reason being, we are there at sunrise, and by the end, we are wet, sandy, and windblown. Not exactly optimal for going to the next location ;). So, we do it on a separate morning! Gianna chose the beach and her school for sports photos. When we were at the beach, she had a great entourage to come with her. Sisters and mom! I had a great time with all of those sweet ladies. And they were so smart, they opted to stay at the beach the night before. So, it wasn’t as early to get up and get going for the sunrise. It was a beautiful sunrise that morning. The next shoot day at the school, the entourage wasn’t able to join us, but Dad and her coach did (THANK YOU!!). And Dad helped me with the fire (yes, for sports, I do real fire – totally and completely safe, no worries). I’ve enjoyed getting to know Gianna a little better and getting her some beautiful senior photos!

The next senior up on the blog is the beautiful Kaylee! She brought a friend and her mom with her to act as her assistants during her shoot. The 4 of us had such a good time! The first location she chose was one I hadn’t been to before. She wanted an overgrown grassy field (a common request). I told her that I didn’t have one, but if she could find one, I’m all over it! Well, she found one. However, I don’t know that we were totally prepared for all of the muck and mud in that was there. If I go there again, rain/mud boots will be a necessity! But that all led to the experience of the morning ;). The second location she chose, I know like the back of my hand. Rollins! Rollins is my most requested location, and for good reason. Lots of beautiful spots to take photos.

Squeezing in one last family before the holidays! And what a fun shoot this was! Yes, I was nervous when I heard they wanted two horses and a dog in the family photo, I will admit that. But honestly, it couldn’t have gone smoother! We had extra hands (and an awesome sounds app) to help the horses look, and the dog could have been a model! He had no problem staying still and looking very handsome for the photos. So, animals all good, check! Now to the family. All gorgeous and happy, check! End result, a fantastic family photo with the ENTIRE family looking perfect! I had a great time meeting and working with this lovely family. A GREAT way to end shoots before Christmas!
Here are a few sneak peeks from their shoot:
It isn’t often that I get called for a newborn session, but boy do I love them when I do! This sweet little girl was no exception. So gorgeous, so sweet, and so brand new! For newborn sessions, it is best to get them to me before they turn 2 weeks old. Typically then they are still pretty sleepy. This little girl was supposed to be sleepy, but she showed who was in charge. She wanted to be awake and see everything going on! That’s ok, I’m patient, I’ll wait. So, we got some awake photos, and some sweet sleepy photos. All in all, it was a great shoot!
Here are a few sneak peeks from our session:
School is out for the summer, so that means it is time for the rising seniors to get their senior photos taken! Yes, you have to get your yearbook photos taken, but that is not what I am talking about. I’m talking about senior photos that are far more personal and fun! You pick the location, and bring several different outfits, and I’ll take care of the rest. We will have a lot of fun, and we will get a lot of beautiful photos to celebrate this important milestone in your life! I have many already on my calendar for the summer, but I do have some open dates left. If you have not yet gotten on my calendar, let me know so I can take care of that for you. Once school starts, your schedules get much more difficult (and we can only shoot on weekends then!). All of my summer shoots are first thing in the morning, so we are finished before it gets too hot out, so no worries about that. Still have questions, check out my website www.jpsearcyseniors.com, or talk to any of my reps, or reach out to me! I am happy to answer any and all questions you may have.
Now, on to more fun things ~ SNEAK PEEKS!! Roman was not thrilled about having a photo session, but he was a great sport and was doing it for his mom. Now, let me tell you, most guys are not excited about photo shoots. BUT, I do try to make it as painless as possible for the guys and still have lots of great photos that mom will love. And I do think that every senior guy that has had a shoot with me, has told me at the end that it wasn’t nearly as bad as they thought it would be. So that is something!
Next senior up on the blog is Tori! We had a little trouble with the timing of her shoot, because she wanted to go to the beach at the same time Hurricane Matthew decided to visit! Not the best time for a beach shoot ;). So, we rescheduled, and had a perfect day to shoot. Beautiful sunrise, beautiful weather, and a beautiful senior to photograph!
Here are a few sneak peeks from our shoot:
Next senior up on the blog is Seth! I had a great time meeting him and his parents at his session at Rollins. Like most of the guys I shoot, it wasn’t his idea to have the session, but he was a great sport about it. And I loved that dad had a special request – one photo that had a palm tree in it. They aren’t from Florida, and I guess that is something we native Floridians take for granted! I’m happy to do any special requests any of my clients have in mind.
Here are a few sneak peeks from our shoot (including a palm tree 😉 ):
