Next senior up on the blog, is the gorgeous Gianna! I was lucky enough to spend two days with her. Normally the deluxe (2 location) sessions are done in the same day, one right after the other. However, I don’t do that when one of the locations is the beach. Reason being, we are there at sunrise, and by the end, we are wet, sandy, and windblown. Not exactly optimal for going to the next location ;). So, we do it on a separate morning! Gianna chose the beach and her school for sports photos. When we were at the beach, she had a great entourage to come with her. Sisters and mom! I had a great time with all of those sweet ladies. And they were so smart, they opted to stay at the beach the night before. So, it wasn’t as early to get up and get going for the sunrise. It was a beautiful sunrise that morning. The next shoot day at the school, the entourage wasn’t able to join us, but Dad and her coach did (THANK YOU!!). And Dad helped me with the fire (yes, for sports, I do real fire – totally and completely safe, no worries). I’ve enjoyed getting to know Gianna a little better and getting her some beautiful senior photos!
Here are some sneak peeks from our shoots:
Next senior up on the blog is Stephen! He is such a great kid, and we had a great time on our shoot at Rollins. Not only were WE having fun, but I think his mom had even more fun than we were! I love it when everyone is having a good time on a shoot. It makes for really great photos.
Not done with the class of 2016 yet! Next senior up on the blog is Madison. Madison, her mom, and I had a great time at our shoot at Maitland Art Center. It is such a great location, that I don’t get to shoot at all that often. At the end of our shoot, she wanted to do some fire shots for volleyball. And you know, I’m always up for some fire photos! And she definitely had her “game face” (fierce!) perfected for her sports photos! Here are a few sneak peeks from our shoot:
And the next of two seniors up on my blog are part of a very special team. Not a team for school (although they ARE all student athletes). But a family team! They are triplets (with one of my reps). And they are such a sweet and fun trio. Of course their sister Sarah came with them. Not only to help them out, but to get in some photos with them! To watch these three together is amazing. They are sweet together (especially when the boys are saying how their sister is not allowed to date. Anyone!), and they are silly together (when they are making weird faces and noises in between photos, or when they are afraid of the fire photos 😉 ). But, not are they only great together, but they are all around good kids individually too. I had a great time meeting and photographing them!
I’m going to give them their own sneak peeks + a group photo. And next up is Nicholas (I purposely didn’t follow birth order! I’m a rebel like that 😉 ):
Next senior up on the blog is Ben! His older sister was one of my reps a couple of years ago, so of course, his parents wanted lots of great photos of Ben too! And he was a good sport with all of it. We got lots of great photos, and finished up with sports photos with fire! I love lighting stuff on fire (I guess it is the being married to a firefighter thing, because firefighters are all piros!). I promise, it is all safe! I would never put my seniors in danger. 😉 If you have an upcoming shoot with me, and want some fire, just let me know ahead of time, so I can come prepared!
Here are a few sneak peeks from Ben’s shoot:
I have known Kelly since she was a little girl in elementary school. She is over at my house often. She stays with my puppies when we go out of town. She is a great friend to my boys. She is a FSU lunatic (just like my husband). And she is just an all around great girl. We all just love Kelly to pieces. That being said, she was SO hard to get in front of the camera!! She knew that she was going to have me do her senior photos, of course, but she kept putting it off. I thought I would have to ambush her and kidnap her to get these photos done! Thankfully it didn’t come to that. She set up her session of her own free will. Haha! And I am so glad she finally did. But I tell you what, I think her favorite part of the whole shoot was when we decided to do a sports part. See, Kelly is a sports fanatic. Doesn’t really matter which sport, she loves them all. So, of course, we needed to incorporate sports in there somewhere!
Thank you Kelly for FINALLY getting in front of my lens ;). I had a great time with you! Here are a few sneak peeks from our session:
I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Alanah for her senior photos. She was so sweet and so easy to photograph! Not to mention, I think we may have hit just a little hint of fall weather! Temps were down a couple of degrees. Hopefully this is the weather moving in the right direction ;).
Here are a few sneak peeks from Alanah’s session:
I had a wonderful time meeting Brooke (and her mom) for her senior photo session! Brooke wanted to go to a location that I don’t go to very often (and I LOVE that!). Cypress Grove Park. It is a great little location in Orlando, but it sure does get hot fast! She was in wonderful spirits, no matter what the temperature, and she looked beautiful! And, she is a wonderful soccer player. So, you know what that means? Fire soccer pictures!!! She is my first with fire of the year. I promise you, it is safe, and YES it is real fire! Makes for a little more interesting sports picture than the standard school sports photos, I think! (If you want to do fire at the end of your shoot, please let me know ahead of time so I can bring my supplies!)

What a beautiful senior on a beautiful day! I am so happy that the weather is finally getting nice. It means we can have our sessions in the morning, or the late afternoon. This shoot with Allie was at Rollins in the late afternoon, and even though there was a huge Halloween event with lots and lots of people around, she was fantastic and wasn’t phased at all! Just happy to be there for her photos! That also gave us the opportunity to explore different parts of Rollins, and we spent some time down by the lake. The lighting was so warm and beautiful! And of course, I was so excited to do more fire shots. Hahaha!

I am so excited that more guys are coming to get their senior photos done with me this year! I know they are coming to make their moms happy, but hopefully, they are having fun too! And hopefully they see that it isn’t nearly as bad as they think it will be! I will take the photos that the moms will love, and the photos that they guys will love (and will get it done as quickly as I can, to keep the guys happy!). I know most of the girls love the session to be as long as possible. But guys? Not so much. Give me a chance, and I promise you, your mom will love it AND you will see it isn’t too bad! Michael was lucky enough to have his girlfriend with him on the shoot. I LOVE it when guys bring their girl friends, because they are so much more relaxed and at ease! (And I can get a great shot or two of the two of you together!).
