Well, this family session was a first for me. This was a top secret family session / marriage announcement! After being together for 27 years, this lovely couple decided it was time to get married! So, half of the shoot was to get some beautiful updated family photos, but the other half was to get some gorgeous photos of the newly married couple. I had a great time meeting and photographing this wonderful family.
Introducing the newlyweds and their “kids”:
It is that time of year again! Time to start working on the graduation announcements. If you had a shoot with me this year, you probably saw the graduation announcements that I offer. I told you that I don’t take orders for them until after February, remember? Well, it’s time! Don’t worry, this design appointment won’t take nearly as long as your first viewing/ordering appointment. You have already seen your photos, you know which are your favs, so this next part is pretty quick and painless. In the past, they have taken about 15 minutes. If you are interested in making an announcement appointment, send me a quick email letting me know when is best for you to come by.
If you have NOT had a shoot with me yet, it isn’t too late! We still have time to have a great session, get beautiful portraits, and get your custom graduation announcements back. All before graduation! While it isn’t too late now, it will be too late soon. So you don’t want to wait too much longer to get on my calendar. This last semester flies by, and towards the end of the semester, you and your family will be busy with graduation plans and parties. Trust me! If you would like to talk to me about a shoot, please email me ~ email@example.com or call/text me 407-977-6296.
What a fun session this was! Beautiful Brooke and her handsome horse made quite a pair. I have photographed Brooke and her family a couple of years ago, but this time I got to have all of my focus on her. Sweet 16 photos! Her horse was so well behaved (when he wasn’t sticking his tongue out at me), and Brooke looked so gorgeous with him. All that beauty on a gorgeous day near sunset, made for a picture perfect session.
I know she is excited to see them, so on to the sneak peeks!
I love this family. I’ve known their parents forever, and I have had the pleasure of watching them grow up right before my lens. (Starting literally when they were born!) Such great kids, and I love the time I get to spend with them. Mom always has great ideas for their shoots too. This one, she is thinking way ahead! She wanted photos of the both of them at their new school, so when it is time for their senior photos, we can do part of their session there too. Yes, senior photos are still 5 and 7 years away, but how fun will it be to see how much they have changed in their uniform and environments?!
Here are a few sneak peeks from their shoot at their school:
