Another gorgeous and delightful senior!  Katie and I started her session downtown at Church Street.  We started early enough, that it was actually quite pleasant out!  Dare I say, breezy?!  The “cool” weather didn’t last long, of course, but we certainly enjoyed it while it lasted ;). Then we moved back to Winter Park to finish up her session at Rollins.  Of course, it was hot out by then, but you would never have been able to tell!  Katie did a great job modeling for me, which allowed me to get some gorgeous photos of her!

Here are a few sneak peeks from her session:

If you are a 2013 senior and are interested in having something a little more than just a yearbook photo, give me a call!  I have a few dates open before school starts, and fall availability schedule was just released.

What a sweet girl and a fun shoot at Rollins!  Weesam brought her friend with her as her “assistant”, and she happened to be my rep Reagan ;).  She was a great help, and helped Weesam relax and have a good time.  From swatting away bees to smoothing her hair to helping her with her outfits, all that was left for Weesam to do was relax, pose, and be beautiful!  And that part came naturally ;).

Here are a few sneak peeks from her session:

Only a couple more session dates available before school starts!  So, if you are an upcoming senior, and you want to have your photos taken BEFORE school starts, email me, message me, or call me to set it up!

Yep, you read that right!  Since my 2 day sales for seniors seem to be such a hit, I thought I would try one for families this year.  For those of you who don’t know about the 2 day sale, I will give you ALL the info you could ever want and need.

This is my ONLY sale I offer for families.  And the details are pretty simple.  Call during the 2 day sale, book your session for anytime on or BEFORE December 1st (session dates just need to be booked during the sale, not held during the sale!), pay the reduced session fee at time of booking, and you are set!

Step 1 – Look at the website (to make sure I am the type of photographer you want for your family photos!) http://www.jpsearcyphotography.com

Step 2 – Call during the sale dates – tell me how you heard of me and/or the sale (whether it was thru one of my reps, or me, or blog, or facebook ads, or whatever!), what date you would like for your session, and where you want to have your session

Step 3 – Pay for the session fee with credit card over the phone, and receive your confirmation email

Step 4 – Start planning what you are going to wear for your photo shoot!  (Fun stuff now!)

(Going into further details) You call me at 407-977-6296 between the hours of 9am-9pm on Wednesday July 25th (which also happens to be my birthday!) or Thursday July 26th.  (If you get voicemail, it just means I am taking another call, so PLEASE bear with me and leave a message with your name and phone number, and I will call you back as soon as I am off the call!).  You will want to have the date that you want your session (with one as a back up date, in case your date has already been selected and I just didn’t get to take it off the calendar yet).  My available session dates can be found http://www.localendar.com/public/jpsearcyphotography.  It is helpful if you know where you want to have your session (but it isn’t mandatory, we can talk about it and figure it out later if need be).  If you want to see photo samples of my most popular locations, look at my website http://www.jpsearcyseniors.com (these will be senior photos, but the way I have my senior site set up, is each gallery is a different location).  On the main portfolio page, you will see separate albums for each of the locations.  After our call, I will email you a confirmation email with the session information!  You MUST pay the session fee online when you are calling to book in order to get this sale price.  This is non-refundable (in case of bad weather or illness, you can transfer the session fee to another available date, no worries!), so make sure you really want to have your session with me before calling!   That is it!

I know it may seem early to be thinking about holiday photos, but really it isn’t!  You can pick your date for any time before December, and you will have beautiful family photos to send out cards with, and to give to family as gifts.

The “fine” print – session fees need to be paid at time of booking; session dates must be held on or before December 1, 2012; session fees are non-refundable (but can be used for a different date incase of illness or bad weather); can only be used towards a family session (which can be the whole family, just siblings, or little kids.  No senior sessions this time, sorry!  Families with high school seniors is fine, just not a “senior session”.); family sessions are up to 5 people – each additional person is $15 (usually each additional person is $25).  And that is all the fine print I can think of!  If you have ANY questions, please email me at jps@jpsearcyphotography!

What a fun session this one was!  Erin started her senior session downtown at Church Street.  She was a little quiet at first, but I knew that wouldn’t last long ;).  Before we knew it we were laughing and taking photos upside down on the stairs.  (And mom, see from the sneak peeks, it doesn’t look CSI at all! Haha!).  After downtown, we headed to Winter Park to go to Kraft Azalea.  A beautiful day + a beautiful senior + lots of laughs = a great photo session!

Here are a few sneaks from her session:

My first senior guy from the class of 2013!  I don’t get many guys booking sessions with me (I guess it is torture enough to do the yearbook shot 😉 ).  But the guys that I DO get, I love to photograph!  And quite honestly, they enjoy the session too.  They tell me after the session, that they are surprised, but they had a good time!  I try to make it as relaxed as possible, and the time flies by, AND we get great photos that Mom will love.  Win-win!  I am happy to incorporate anything that you love, anything you are interested in, or anything that you are involved in.  Could be sports (not the boring hold-the-ball-shots, but something more fun), or could be something important to you or your family.  For Brandon, his father is a firefighter, and had access to an antique fire truck, so we used that in some of his shots.  Things like this will make your photos more special and more personal!

What a great session I had with Allison!  She had booked a deluxe session (2 locations), and we started off downtown Orlando, and finished up at Rollins.  I have got to say, she was probably the most organized senior I have had on location.  She had her rolling garment rack, and another rolling shoe carrier, and not one, but TWO assistants (mom and sister).  Every outfit was clearly planned in advance complete with the accessories.  LOVE that!  Beautiful girl, and a beautiful selection of clothes!  She is also a cheerleader and a dancer, so she wanted to get a couple of shots of each.  Little did I know, the girl can fly!  She did her jumps and aerial cartwheels, like it was nothing!  Very impressive!  And to top off the session, it wasn’t as hot out as it has been.  We started early, but even by the time we had finished both locations, we weren’t sweating and that is huge! 😉

I had such a fun time with Sydney!  We had her session at Park Ave in Winter Park.  She was so awesome, I loved how she got totally into her session.  Model status for sure!  Even starting at 7:30am, it is still hot outside.  We work with it though, and still smile and laugh and have a good time.  And it doesn’t hurt to end the session in a nice cool fountain ;).  I highly recommend anyone who is having a session where there is water anywhere around, to bring something to get in at the end.  And I am not talking bathing suits (what fun would that be?!), I am talking dresses!  Can be a cotton maxi dress or even a prom dress.  They make for great shots (and great cooling down at the end of a hot session!).

Here are a couple sneaks from her session:

If you are a 2013 senior, and you have not yet scheduled your fun shoot (not talking about the boring yearbook stuff, I am talking about the FUN photos that you will actually want  to buy!), give me a call or email me.  I still have a few dates left before school starts.  And don’t be afraid of the heat, it doesn’t get in the way of great photos!

I had two very fun days with Shannon.  First day, we had a session at Rollins, and second we had a very early morning at Cocoa Beach.  Both days were great, and Shannon was up to do anything!  Whether it be hanging off things, or climbing up things, or getting totally drenched in the beach water.  (That is the reason I LOVE shooting seniors, btw.  They are so easy going, and willing to do anything for a good photo!).  She is a gorgeous girl and I don’t think she could take a bad photo if she tried ;).

Here are some sneak peeks from her shoot!

If you are a 2013 senior who has not scheduled your FUN senior session yet, there are still a few days left on my calendar for the summer.  Contact me so we can plan out your session!

I had a fantastic session with Madison!  We started off at Dickson Azalea.  This is a location that I don’t go to very often, but I really love it.  It is small and quiet and tucked away from everything!  Not to mention, they have the BEST climbing tree!  Of course, Madison looked at me strangely when I asked her to climb ;).  But she was a great sport and did whatever I asked.  After Dickson Azalea, we went to Lake Mary High to do softball photos.  I have been wanting to do softball shots, so I had some ideas in mind.  Not all worked out (as she was getting dirt thrown at her by mom 😉 ), but the ones we did get were awesome!  I love incorporating seniors’ interests into their session.  If it is a big part of your high school life, you will want photos to remember it by!

I got to spend two beautiful mornings with Emily, because she had booked a deluxe session (two location session).  Our first day was at the beach, and our second was at Rollins.  Something that I LOVED, was she had a curly hair day and a straight hair day.  Although, with the humidity, straight hair day turned into curly hair day by the end of the shoot ;).  She is a great girl, with an amazing “fierce serious face” ;), and I am so excited to share her sneak peeks!
